Drops pictures. Drops info. Cant login. Dude it's bad.
Closes frequently need uninstalled and reinstalled on iPhone. Works better on android. However my company is 98% I phone. Photos save well; tags seem to work. Not fond of the email feature. Sending documents and photos is difficult! You need to download docs and photos to send to clients or allow permission for each to access app. So that needs to be addressed. Photos and documents need to have an option to share as a pdf file without sharing access to app for insurance work!
You should be embarrassed at the effectiveness of your app
Horrible app. Notes decide when they want to post, tasks sometimes don't show up, crashes requently. Fix your app if you're going to charge people money for it.
Why can't I create an estimate any more
JobNimbus often doesn't save photo descriptions, and also doesn't give the ability to edit photos, so if the systems screws up, it's screwed up forever. The photo screen also glitches waaay out. When trying to add text, the words flash and move around, and delete the cursor. There is something seriously wrong with this feature.
It makes things a lot easier
I don't advise this app if you are a busy person lookin to save time. I asked if they would do a free demo, but ended up signing an annual contract under the understanding of signing up for a free demo. As soon as they received a payment they no longer answered the phone when I called. The customer service was decent til they had my card number, then they never answered my calls, so I canceled payment on the card.
Changes look great. However uploading photos into nimbus from the app has turned into an absolute nightmare!!!!! Frustrating as hell!!!
I have multiple users with different types of phones from Apple to Android. This app is complete and total garbage. Half the time the customer don't populate and the other half of the time none of their content, pictures, estimate populate. Spend some money and fix this garbage app.
